Dopo aver parlato della mission di Officine Editoriali, voglio approfondire l’idea imprenditoriale.
L’idea nasce dalla passione per i
libri e per la scrittura unita ad una forte volontà di essere presente nel
sociale e dare il proprio contributo al benessere degli altri.
I valori insiti, presenti e
condivisi nel progetto, sono stati strumenti di motivazione e serviranno ad
applicare il principio dell’efficacia.
La possibilità di poter
utilizzare le enormi e complesse energie che risiedono nella mente e nel cuore
delle persone mi hanno spronata verso il desiderio di realizzare il sogno. Il
sogno che ha sempre costituito la base di questo progetto e partendo dal quale
ho intrapreso la strada per renderlo reale, fattibile.
Anche se inizialmente a livello
embrionale, il progetto è stato sempre ben chiaro nella maniera di avviarlo e
portarlo avanti e nelle persone da coinvolgere (lavoratori/collaboratori/autori
over 40/50 e appartenenti alle categorie protette, utilizzando anche fornitori
a forte connotazione sociale).
Il carattere distintivo è stato,
fin dall’inizio, forte e chiaro così come forti e chiari sono gli elementi
innovativi, anche nella maniera di governare il progetto e l’azienda stessa.
La programmazione organizzata e
le conoscenze specifiche saranno fondamentali per realizzare questo progetto e
il target è assolutamente mirato. Per questo motivo ipotizziamo certamente
risultati positivi.

After speaking of the mission of Officine Editoriali, I want to go into the
business idea.
The idea comes from a passion for books and
writing combined with a strong desire to be present in the social sector and
contribute to the welfare of others.
The values involved, present and shared in the
project, have been instruments of motivation and will be used to apply the
principle of effectiveness.
The possibility of using the huge and complex
energies that reside in the minds and hearts of the people pushed me to the
desire to realize the dream. The dream that has always formed the basis of this
project and starting from where I embarked on the road to make it real,
feasible.
Although initially in embryonic, the project
has always been very clear in the way of open and pursue and in people to be
involved (workers/collaborators, authors over 40/50 and belonging to protected
categories, including suppliers with a strong social connotation).
The distinctive character has been, from the
beginning, strong and clear as strong and clear are the innovative elements,
even in the way of governing the project and the company itself.
The organized programming and specific
knowledge will be crucial to this project and the target is absolutely focused.
