Licenze Creative Commons / Creative Commons licenses

Stanno per essere aggiornate le licenze Creative Commons. Parliamo della versione 4.0 in uscita prossimamente.

Le licenze Creative Commons sono sei e sono generate dalla combinazione di alcune scelte:

• Non autorizzazione a usi prevalentemente commerciali (NC:Non Commerciali)
• Non autorizzazione alla creazione di opere derivate (ND: Non opere derivate)
• Se sono autorizzate opere derivate, obbligo di pubblicarle con le stesse licenze CC dell'opera originaria (SA: Share-Alike).

Le possibili combinazioni di queste tre scelte danno luogo, appunto, alle sei licenze Creative Commons.

Le licenze CC sono utilizzabili in forma libera e gratuita e permettono alle opere così tutelate di circolare liberamente, legalmente e nel rispetto degli autori

Dunque, a seconda della licenza che scegliamo possiamo permettere che la nostra opera possa circolare liberamente tra gli utenti o che non possa essere manipolata e trasformata o che, invece, posa esserlo o, ancora, che non potrà essere messa in commercio da terzi ma potrà comunque essere riprodotta.

Creative Commons sono le giuste licenze per chi difende la condivisione e l'accesso e, allo stesso tempo, chiede un minimo di tutela da plagi veri e propri o da plagi più mascherati che somigliano a scopiazzamenti.

Inoltre le licenze CC si adattano costantemente alle variazioni tecnologiche in atto quotidianamente in questo settore.

L'associazione Creative Commons è una organizzazione no-profit. Le licenze scelte possono essere applicate tramite il codice HTML relativo.

Proseguiamo con ordine:

4. Acquisterà software per la programmazione e la creazione di e-book

Queste sono le prime cose alle quali farà fronte Officine Editoriali con i fondi raccolti attraverso la sottoscrizione dal basso.

Certo la sottoscrizione popolare non è ancora abbastanza consolidata in Italia e facciamo perciò molta fatica a diffonderne i vantaggi.

Per questo abbiamo dovuto già una volta procrastinare la data di scadenza della nostra raccolta.

Speriamo di non doverlo fare ancora ma è una eventualità che dobbiamo prendere in considerazione visto che il progetto continua a trovarsi ancora in una fase di stallo.

Sarà, dunque, una connotazione ben specifica e delineata che coinvolgerà persone appartenenti a categorie a rischio sia per ciò che riguarda la creazione delle opere sia per ciò che riguarda il lavoro ordinario e quotidiano all’interno del progetto.

La mission sarà molto importante per il progetto di Officine Editoriali. E’ già stata creata ma sarà perfezionata e resa fruibile con l’aiuto di tutti coloro che faranno parte della compagine lavorativa.

La mission di Officine Editoriali sarà la luce guida per l’andamento di tutto il lavoro e per verificare periodicamente l’eventuale discostamento da essa.
