Si continua a parlare molto, moltissimo dei Diritti di Autore e delle licenze Creative Commons.

Il 6 luglio 2011, l’AGCOM, l’Agenzia Garante nelle Comunicazioni, ha rilasciato la delibera sullo “Schema di regolamento in materia di tutela del diritto d’autore sulle reti di comunicazione elettronica.”

Molti pensano che con questa delibera si metta in serio pericolo la sopravvivenza di interi siti servizi on line, di qualunque genere essi siano, in nome della tutela del diritto di autore.

D’altro canto, secondo il Presidente di Creative Commons, Joi Ito, dopo dieci anni di attività sono circa 400 milioni le opere rilasciate in rete con licenze CC.

Non sono stati quindi solo gli artisti a guadagnarne ma l’umanità tutta grazie al continuo arricchirsi della conoscenza come bene comune.

Noi di Officine Editoriali speriamo che anche in Italia si cominci a pensare più seriamente alle licenze Creative Commons e che si cominci a valutare che gli utenti possono beneficiare dei nostri contenuti e non già derubarli.

E’ una questione di aperture e di saper riconoscere che le cose cambiano in meglio.

Sarebbe meglio smetterla di difendere sempre il proprio orticello, precludendoci la possibilità di condividere e partecipare.

On 6 July 2011, AGCOM, the Agency Guarantor in Communications, issued the resolution on the “Outline of regulation on the protection of copyright on electronic communications network.”

Many think that this resolution could seriously endanger the survival of entire sites services on line, of whatever kind they are, in the name of the protection of copyright.

On the other hand, according to the President of Creative Commons, Joi Ito, after ten years of activity are about 400 million the works released in the network with the CC licenses.

Were not only artists to gain but the whole of humanity thanks to the continuous enrichment of knowledge as common good.

We of Officine Editoriali hope that also in Italy are starting to think more seriously of the Creative Commons licenses and are start considering that users can benefit from our content and not to rob them.

It’s a matter of openings and to recognize that things change for the better.

It would be better to stop defending always our own turf, precluding the ability to share and participate.
